The Maxwell Family: 2011

Somehow I managed to neglect posting our exciting news on this here blog. I think it is because I was so dang behind on this thing and was working on getting caught up. Whatever the reason, it sure is a shame because we are SO SO SO excited to be adding another Maxwell to our family. Baby #3 was a big surprise to us, we were able to get pregnant on our own this little one is due to join us on 11-11-11. Since this baby was a surprise to us we aren't going to find out the sex so it will be another surprise. I am amazed at how quickly this pregnancy is flying by. I guess when you are chasing around two little ones, you don't have a whole lot of spare time to think about this little growing baby in your belly. Tate is so excited about having a baby in the family, and Kendyl, well that's another story. It will definitely be an adjustment for her.

I am overwhelmed and am very behind on my blog. I have not been good about updating our day to day life, like I would like. I guess other things have taken priority. I love to blog, mainly because I want to have a record of the things that happen around our home. So I am going to recommit myself and do some catching up. I think I have pictures that go all the way back to Easter!? Pretty depressing that I have let this happen!

I have been slacking on the blog and so I need to play catch up.
Easter weekend I was able to go on a mother and daughter get away, it was awesome! So I have no pictures of my kids dressed up in their Easter Sunday outfits. When I got home we colored Easter egg.

Am I ready for this? I went out and bought a potty for Kendyl, the first night we tried to go potty she did great! she went poop and pee she even told Shawn she needed to go poop and she went. Now she wants nothing to do with a pull up all she wants is a diaper on. I hope this isn't go to be hard.

We had a fun time in Yuma at the car show the weather was great.

2 years...Come & Gone
Kendyl turned 2 years...CRAZY! She is the cutest, sweetest, and sassiest little girl I have ever met and I love her to pieces. (just keep scrolling if you want to see pics), so here are a lot of new things that have happened in Kendyl's life and I am sure there are plenty more too...
She has 18 teeth, and loves to eat almost anything & everything with them
She loves animals & can recognize.
She LOVES being outside, sliding,swinging,riding her bike and riding her scooter which she does really well.
Talks up a storm and says tons of words...too many to name, and understands what we are telling her.
Likes you to sing songs.
Loves to go to little gym and play.
Goes to nursery and loves it, and so do mom and dad
She loves to color, play with mom's makeup brushes, and put on any jewerly she finds
Her favorite show, is Wee sing sillyville, Yo gaba gaba, Wiggles.
Loves to dance, especially with Tate.
Loves dress up and dress up shoes, also loves mommy's shoes.
She knows what she wants and is not afraid to tell you NO or throw herself on the floor in a fit any 2 year old might have
Has the cutest way of saying Thank you.
She is super independent, listens (90% of the time), so sweet, loves to laugh and tickle, and puts a smile on our faces everyday. She is a bundle of energy and fun and I LOVE her to death. She keeps me on my toes, surprises me with what she learns everyday, makes me laugh, and makes me so proud and happy to be her mom. Love you Kendyl!
