Jake Thomas Ledbetter

Jake Thomas Ledbetter arrived on March 13th at 4:50pm he was 7 pounds 10 ounces and 21 1/2 inches long. Amy was scheduled to have him c-section on March 14th she went in for a amniocentesis on the 13th they take a look at Jake and listen to his heart beat and it was very very low so the doctor insisted doing the c-section right away come to find out the cord was rapped around his neck several times. He was taken to the icu just to make sure everything was OK. Everything turned out just fine. He is so beautiful good job Amy. Here are some pictures I took when in the hospital.

All Potty Trained!!!!

Tate is doing great with being potty trained. It took us about 3 days until he finally got it. Great job Tate we are so proud of you! Next step is getting rid of the pacifier.

Yuma Arizona Car Show

We had such a good time at the car show especially Tate he was with his best friend Papa. They were able to go to the carnival there Tate went on every one of the rides he had such a blast! We were also able to go swimming at the hotel Shawn and Tate were in the pool for at least 3 hours.

PLAY-DOH!!!!

Today Tate and I played with play-doh for about an hour, he loves play-doh he asks me everyday if we can play with it. Thank you Papa he loves it.

Sick

Tate came down with a fever Saturday, did not sleep that night and kept telling me his teeth hurt. I took him into the doctor on Monday come to find out he has strep throut and hand foot and mouth disease. I had heard of hand foot mouth disease but I didn't think Tate would ever get it. I feel so bad for him the only thing he will eat is yogurt he is not sleeping very well at night. I just hope he gets over this fast we are all so tired. Hopefully we will sleep better tonight.
